Tenders are invited for the purchase of an 18-hole golf course with club facilities and/or vacant lands and/or bungalow lots and/or undeveloped land on an “as is where is” basis located in Kuantan, Pahang. Brief description of the assets measuring a total gross area of 413.04 acres for sale are as follows:-

(1)	An 18-hole Golf Course with clubhouse, family block and driving range complex erected on 9 land titles having a total gross
	area of 325.08 acres;
(2)	17 vacant Bungalow lots having a total gross area of 6.11 acres comprising of various sizes measuring from 0.23 acres to
	0.50 acres;
(3)	11 vacant land earmarked for Attached Housing having a total gross area of 59.33 acres comprising of various sizes
	measuring from 1.02 acres to 14.68 acres;
(4)	1 vacant land earmarked for an Apartment measuring 8.98 acres;
(5)	1 vacant land earmarked for Commercial Building measuring 4.00 acres;
(6)	1 vacant land earmarked for School measuring 9.54 acres.

     

     An Information Memorandum containing brief particulars of the assets as well as the terms and conditions of sale can be obtained at RM500.00 each at the address stated below after interested party has signed a Confidentiality Agreement.
