Tenders are invited for piecemeal (one or more) or en-bloc purchase of newly completed with Certificate of Fitness for
Occupation of 1 1/2-storey and/or 2-storey terrace factory unit/s located at Taman Perindustrian USJ 1 bearing the following addresses strictly on an “as is where is” basis.

All tenders must be accompanied by a forfeitable earnest monies equivalent to 5% of the tender price by bank draft and will only be refunded if the offer is unsuccessful. All tenders must reach the Liquidators by 5.00 p.m. on 19th August 2005. The Liquidators are not bound to accept the highest or any offer.
