Tenders are invited for the purchase of the Asset(s) of a company involved in the manufacturing of bakelite electrical plugs and switches which is located at Seberang Perai Tengah, Pulau Pinang strictly on an “as is where is” basis. The general descriptions of the Asset(s) for sale are as follows:-

1.     Land and Building

Comprising of a three storey office block annexed with a single storey factory and other ancillary buildings erected on 2 contiguous lots of industrial perpetuity lands bearing title nos. and lot nos. of (a) Grant 13841 Lot 508 and (b) HSD 31660 Lot 5693 with respective land areas of approximately 49,995 sq.ft. and 9,924 sq.ft.

 

2.     Scrap Metal

       Various machineries and metal scraps used in electrical manufacturing.
