NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all Purchasers of the units located at Taman Sri Angsana Hilir, Kampung Pandan, Kuala Lumpur, developed by Kabra Development Sdn Bhd, to submit to the Liquidators for verification, certified true copies of all supporting documents pertaining to the units purchased such as but not limited to, Sale and Purchase Agreement, Deed of AssignmentS, LOAN AGREEMENTS, copy of NRIC (individuals), Forms 9, 13 and 49 (corporations) and payment records including proof of paymentS of purchase price by 22^nd February 2008 to the address stated below: -

1)  3-Storey Shop Houses (Block A & B) fronting Jalan Hilir 1 & 2.

2) 22-Storey Condominiums known as Sri Angsana Hilir

   Condominiums (Block A, B, C & D) fronting Jalan Hilir 3.

3) Double-Storey Terrace Houses fronting Jalan Hilir 3, 4, 5 & 6.

4) 5-Storey Low Cost Flats (Block A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H & I) fronting Jalan Hilir 7.

The purpose of this verification exercise is to ascertain beneficial ownership of the properties purchased.

TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that you are required to prove your claim at your own costs, unless the Court otherwise orders and if you do not prove your claim by 22^nd February 2008, the Liquidators shall upon obtaining the court order proceed to dispose any UNCLAIMED PROPERTIES without further notice to you.

Those of whom beneficial ownership had been verified and confirmed by the Liquidators need not submit their claims.
